What are preserved flowers?


Preserved flowers are real and natural flowers that have undergone a special chemical process to maintain their beauty and freshness with no need for water or sunlight.




How long can preserved flowers last?


Preserved flowers typically can last up to 2 year or more. Its color may fade over time, but it will not wilt.




Do preserved flowers require special care?


Preserved flowers are mostly care-free. Just avoid direct sunlight and humid areas, as it may cause the colors to fade. If they end up getting dusty, we recommend canned air or a blow dryer on a low cool setting.




How long can dried flowers last?


Dried flowers can typically last up to 6 months or more.




Do dried flowers require special care?


Yes. Dried flowers are more fragile than fresh flowers and preserved flowers. It can breaks easily. Avoid humid areas because it may absorb moisture and make certain dried flowers 'wilt'.





Delivery

Do you provide delivery services?


Yes. We engage third party for Standard Delivery and Special Delivery services. Standard Delivery S$10

  • Delivery Slots: 10 - 1pm; 1 - 4pm; 4 - 7pm; 7 - 10pm.
  • Except to Changi Airport, Alps Ave, Sentosa, Tuas and Jurong Island.
  • Without trace and track service.
  • For orders placed at least 24 hours in advance, we will arrange 10 - 1pm or 1 - 4pm delivery slot.
  • For orders placed less than 24 hours in advance, we will arrange 4 - 7pm or 7 - 10pm delivery slot.
  • If you wish to select another delivery slot, please contact us.
  • These only applicable during non-peak season.
  • Free standard delivery for order above S$150
  • Subject to changes.
Special Delivery (starting from S$25)
  • If you wish to deliver your order on a specific 2-hour timing and/or to Changi Airport, Alps Ave, Sentosa, Tuas and Jurong Island, please contact us to arrange a Special Delivery for you.
  • Additional charges will be applied based on distance.
  • Comes with trace and track service.
  • Subject to changes.
Customers are responsible to provide correct delivery information. SJÖ Flora shall not be liable for floral arrangements and orders delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided. If recipient is not at the stated delivery address, we will try to contact the recipient and sender. If there is no replies, the delivery person will leave the orders outside the door or condo's lobby or with the guard. A message will be sent to the recipient/sender to notice about the placement. In this case, kindly note we are not responsible for the loss of product. If you're interested to get our products shipped out of Singapore, contact us via Live Chat and we'll try to arrange it for you.




Is there a 'Same Day Delivery' option?


Yes, we provide Same Day Delivery for orders made before 1pm. However, please contact us via live chat to check the availability of the product and delivery slot before checkout. The standard delivery slot for Same Day delivery is limited.




How to indicate delivery date?


During checkout, you may indicate the delivery date in this manner DD/MM/YYYY (Eg: 07/05/2020).




Will recipient know who is the sender?


We keep all senders as anonymous, unless it is stated on the "Greeting Message" section at Your Cart page.





Order

What is the turnaround time for my order?


Approximate 4 hours, as most of our products are made-to-order. If you need a gift on the same day, please contact us to check on the availability before checkout. If any required materials are unavailable, if may take up to 3 weeks. Don't worry! If this happen, we will contact you to highlight on this issue and see if time constraint is a problem on your side.




Can I customise my order?


Yes, inspire us! Free customisation to change colour palette. S$10 for a brand new design. Contact us via Live Chat to let us know how would you like us to customise it. Then, we will adjust the product options on our website so that you can make a purchase.




I've made a wrong order. What should I do?


Contact us immediately via Live Chat and we will assist you on it.




I want to look at your products before purchasing. Do you have a physical store?


Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store for visiting purposes. To have a physical store is our goal! Let us know if you know any ideal commercial area with a good deal!




How can I add a greeting message?


You may add a greeting message at Your Cart page.





Payment & Refund

What is the payment method?


Credit Cards and Debit Cards If you would like to pay via PayNow and/or PayLah!, please contact us via live chat.




Can you cancel and refund my order?


Yes, except for personalised orders and bouquets. There will be a 10% processing fee of the full amount paid.





Pick Up

Can I pick up my orders?


Yes, without any extra charges.
