All transactions are processed in Singapore Dollar shown on the product and checkout pages.
2. Shipping and Delivery
SJÖ Flora delivers products to Singapore except for Changi Airport, Alps Ave, Sentosa, and Jurong Island. Shipping rates are outlined on our Shipping page, and will be quoted with any order.
3. Customer Service
SJÖ Flora is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. Standard dispatch timeframes are between 1–3 business days. If you have any questions or concerns about a product or your order, contact us.
4. Copyright
The contents of our website, and the Site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, noncommercial (other than for the purchase of merchandise from our Site) use by its users. You may download or copy the contents and other downloadable materials displayed on sjoflora.com for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. 5. 10% Off Loyalty Promotion
As we value loyalty, we offer 10% off to all recurring customers who has left us a review on our Google and/or Facebook Page. The coupon code is only allowed to be used for your next purchase. It is not allowed to share with other customers that have not purchased from us before. If anyone has violate this promotion, SJÖ have the rights to decline the order.
